Upon your arrival, our Local representatives will reach Kathmandu International Airport [TIA] to welcome you. You will then be escorted to your hotel where you can refresh and relax and in the evening a welcome dinner program will be organized at a Nepali restaurant. Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, our guide will pick you from your Hotel for Kathmandu sightseeing. You will visit world heritage monuments such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Swoyambunat and Bouddhanath. In the evening, our trekking guide will conduct a briefing about the trekking program before dinner. Overnight at Kathmandu.
You will catch a mountain flight to Lukla, the gateway to Mt. Everest. Unload your rucksacks and star trekking towards Phakding. You will pass through pine and oak forests with occasional chirping sound of birds. Overnight in Phakding.
After breakfast you cross the suspension bridge over the confluence of Bhotekoshi and Dudhkoshi. You can see the first glimpse of Everest and other peaks. The last segment is fairly uphill trek till you reach Namche Bazar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Today you will spend some time exploring and learning about the sights and sounds of Namche Bazaar. Or alternatively you can also hike up to Everest View Hotel, one of world’s highest hotels to capture an amazing panorama of Mahalangur Himalayan ranges including Everest, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Choaltse and so forth. Back to Namche and spend evening in cozy Namche cafes or pubs. Overnight in Namche.
Today you carry your rucksack and march down the trail ahead. The section between Namche and Tengboche is fairly easy as you walk into serene forests of oaks, pines and magnolia. Tengboche Monastery is one of the most sacred Himalayan monastery built by the Sherpa community some 300 years ago. The monastery is in a vantage position offering a stunning view of Mt. Ama Dablam. Overnight in Tengboche.
Today is interesting. The trail from Tengboches first goes downhill pass the quite forests. As you continue to walk further, the vegetation changes as trees give way to shrubs and rocky landscape with occasional walled houses. Overnight in Dingboche.
Today you go on a short hike to nearby Pangboche valley. You will have plenty of time to observe local Sherpa culture or enjoy yaks plying on the fields. Overnight in Dingboche.
The trail from Dingboche to Lobuche is straight forward along open lands crossed by fresh streams. You will enjoy scenic Himalayan views of Everest, Lhotse and Thamserku along this section of trail and you can pay tribute to memorials erected in the name of trekkers and mountaineers who have lost their lives in Everest region. Overnight in Lobuche.
This is most and the best section of trekking on this trip. The trail is a bit rocky and challenging as you walk parallel to Khumbu glaciers on your right. The final section involves making your way through big rocks and boulders. Gorakshep is the last village before Everest base camp. Overnight in Gorakshep.
Its a early start today. You will start your trekking in the moonlight around 4 am as you scale up to the top of Kalapathar. Lot of effort is required to reach to the top of Kalapathar. When the sunlight hits Mt. Everest you can see most stunning and magnificent views of sunrise on Mt. Everest. You will have plenty of time to clicks pictures before you return to Gorakshep. Have your lunch at Gorakshep and return to Pheriche. Overnight in Pheriche.
We go back to Namche. This is an easy walk, filled with ups and downs. Overnight in Namche.
You will continue to reach back to Lukla today enjoying the beautiful views of Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku and Choaltse. Overnight in Lukla.
We Catch an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel.
Depending on the time of your departure, our representative will accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport.

The Mountain Altitude sickness - to know about the safety measures to avoid AMS and to understand the basic medical treatments once AMS hits you are most important things for you before trekking in Nepal. The Acute Mountain Sickness is an illness caused due to gain in elevation. Compared to sea level the amount of oxygen in higher altitude is less and the oxygen level goes thinner as trekkers continue to gain higher altitude. High Acute Mountain Sickness Symptoms
The symptoms of AMS are can be several. They vary from person to person. However, general symptoms of AMS are as follows. If you are seen with, any of these symptoms do not delay to identify the illness and go for the quick treatment ASAP.
Severe cases of AMS may lead you to HAPE (High Altitude Pulmonary Edema) or HACE (High Altitude Cerebral Edema). HAPE hits your respiratory system where as HACE hits your Nervous System.

All the Nepal Tours are performed under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the Nepal. We aren't accountable for any change or cancellation of the trip under unavoidable situations like alternate in rules and regulations of the country, government regulations, herbal screw ups, political instability, cancellation of flight, delay, illness or accident, a breakdown of a vehicle, and so on. Any more fees incurred due to such occasions shall be borne by the customer themselves. Consequently, journey insurance is exceptionally encouraged.
If you want to cancel your tour for any reason, you have to write down it to us 15 days before your journey departure date. We shall approve it as canceled most effective after receiving a valid written be the notice from the customer. So, your money is safe and secured which will be used for next visit or Tripcultr will arrange the package accordingly analysing the favorable situations.
The change in the Tour Package Price is imminent incase of drastic change in the foreign currency exchange rates and government rules.
We strongly recommend a complete travel insurance package deal to all our customers. The insurance should cover all the medical fee, personal accident, emergency evacuation (heli rescue), and tour cancellation, loss of equipment and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and private results etc.
The mere reason for the delays and the cancellation of the flight is mainly due to the climatic variability and hard terrain. The unusual blinding fog, heavy rainfall and strong winds could also results in flight delays or sometimes cancellation. The major timings for the chances of flight delay and cancellation occurrences are in winter and rainy season. Another major reason is the technical difficulty because of the lack of instrumental landing system in Tribhuvan International Airport; the domestic flights are often delayed or cancelled. January to the end of February is the bad time for the domestic flights in Nepal.
