Tour Package Itinerary

Day 1
Madrid

Welcome to Madrid and upon your arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by one of our representatives followed by a transfer to the hotel with this Spain tour packages. All the information regarding your Spain packages will be provided to you on the information board in the hotel reception area. By the end of the day, you will be transferred to the Egyptian Debod temple, Plaza de España and Gran Via, a vibrant district where you can indulge in some of the best dining experience with a plethora of restaurants available serving Indian, Chinese, Spanish and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Day 2
Madrid - Madrid city tour. Stroll through the Retiro Park. Visit to the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas bullring. Night transfer .

Start your morning with a comprehensive tour through the center of Madrid including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor with this Spain holiday and then visit the famous Retiro Park, one of the best places to visit in Spain, where you get to see the lake and the glass palace. Travel Spain and discover the Las Ventas Bullring (admission included) one of the most famous bullrings in the world where we will learn about the tradition of “corridas” in the Bullfighting Museum. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure and at sunset be prepared to visit Plaza de Oriente, opposite the Royal Palace, an elegant and bustling area with many restaurants serving different cuisines such as local Spanish food, international, and Chinese. Wallow in for a delicious dinner and then return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3
Madrid - Zaragoza - Poblet - Montserrat - Barcelona

In the morning get ready to travel to Aragón over the lands of Castile and later, stop at Zaragoza to see the Pilar Basilica. Continue your journey to the Monastery of Poblet, surrounded by its walls in a beautiful site that is one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world (entrance and guided tour included. Then proceed to the Monastery of Montserrat where you will go up the mountain on a rack train to see its fantastic scenery with this group tour packages. Further, head out towards Barcelona that arrives in the late afternoon. 

Note: In the winter months, from November to March, due to the shorter days, we will not visit the Monastery of Poblet to reach Montserrat in the daylight.

Day 4
Barcelona

Today you get to explore Barcelona, an impressive city right on the Mediterranean Sea with this Spain tour packages which starts with an Informative city tour accompanied by a local tour expert note: If the group has fewer than fifteen people, explanations can be given by our guide). Visit the city’s historic central area with its Gothic neighborhood dating back to the Middle Ages. This Spain packages also include the entry ticket to the Poble Espanyol’ (meaning ‘Spanish Village’) an open-air museum situated in one of the most emblematic areas of Barcelona. Take some time off and explore the city on your own. In the evening get transferred to Las Ramblas and Plaza Cata­lunya area for dinner and after dinner return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5
Barcelona - Peñíscola - Valencia

Travel south along the Mediterranean and stop at Peniscola, a small walled town on the shores of the sea. After the short introduction of your guide, you get to explore the town where you can discover the fishing port, the castle and the beach on your Spain holiday. Afterward, travel to Valencia and enjoy your lunch and in the afternoon get ready to visit the third-largest city in Spain with your local guide. Learn about its historic center, the fish market, the cathedral and the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences. In the evening you will be transferred to the Plaza de Toros (bullring area). You get to have your dinner in this area and then return to your hotel for an amazing overnight stay.

Day 6
Valencia - Alicante - Caravaca de Cruz - Granada

Continue your journey to Alincate where you get to walk in the charming city by the sea in your Spain tour packages. Post lunch travel to the Murcia region, where you get to see CARAVACA DE LA CRUZ, a town known as one of the five holy cities by the catholic church. Hop into a train and explore the historic area of this place which is one of the best things to do in Spain and finish your day in Granada.

Day 7
Granada

Enjoy a full day in Granada with a local guide and get a chance to tour the Alhambra Palace and its beautiful Generalife Gardens, built in Arab times with this Spain holiday. Spend some time for lunch and in the afternoon get ready to see the Cathedral with the Sepulcher of the Catholic Kings. In the evening get transferred to the Albaicín of Granada, a World Heritage site. Here you can enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants in the narrow winding streets of this captivating Medieval Moorish quarter. Later, this Spain tour packages also offer you a flamenco dance show and the traditional neighborhood of Sac­romonte. 

Note: In the Alhambra complex, the Nazari Palace only allows a limited number of people in at a time. Sometimes your visit may be in the afternoon, depending on the timetables in which we are allowed in. In the highly improbable case of not being able to visit this area of the Alhambra, a visit to the Alcázares will be included in Seville (which have similar architecture and features).

Day 8
Granada - Malaga - Marbella - Ronda - Seville

Depart from Granada and travel towards the Costa del Sol, taking you towards Malaga, where you get to explore the historic center, with its cathedral and the Picasso Museum. After this continue along the coastal motorway with beautiful views of the Mediterranean. Stop in Puerto Manus, a pretty resort known as a playground for Europe’s rich and famous with this Spain holiday. In the afternoon continue through the hills until you reach Ronda then resume your journey to Seville that arrives in the late afternoon.

Day 9
Seville

After a hearty breakfast, your local expert will guide you through the scenic city of Seville featuring the cathedral and its famous Giralda (bell tower), the banks of the Guadalquivir River, popular neighborhoods of Santa Cruz and Triana and the beautiful Plaza de España (note: If the group is fewer than fifteen travelers, it can be arranged in both Spanish and English). Today you depart from Seville following the valley of the Guadalquivir to Cordoba. Visit its great Cathedral-Mosque and to Cordoba Synagogue (entrances included) with a local guide. Stroll in the old district with its famous patios of flowers and free time to discover its flowered alleys. Post lunch continue your journey towards the Castilian lands and stop at Consuegra, where you get to admire its 12 giant windmills right next to the castle. Also, visit Venta Rucio Windmill while continuing your journey to Madrid arriving by the end of the day after which our services end.

Terms & Conditions

SERVICES 

The services are provided by the associates of Tripcultr. Tripcultr is not responsible for the consequences or circumstances arising from services that are not provided by our company (flight disruptions, loss or damage of luggage on flights, problems at borders/customs or those related to personal documentation, delay in tours and activities beyond our control etc.).

CANCELLATIONS 

The customer has to send a mail to support@tripcultr.com to cancel the booking. Once a booking is successfully cancelled you will receive a mail confirmation. The customer may cancel the requested or booked services at any time, whereby they are entitled to a refund for the paid amount, but must compensate the agency, except in cases of force majeure, as per the following: The processing costs plus the cancellation cost, if these have been incurred, once the journey has been confirmed by Tripcultr and regardless of the departure date.

No shows at the start of the trip, without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure cases, which will be examined on a case by case basis).

  • In the event that the cancellation prior to the trip is produced by justified and demonstrable cases of force majeure, only the costs of processing and services that cannot be cancelled will be charged, as well as the costs that must be absorbed by other suppliers (transfer on arrival, hotel in first city stay in the absence of prior notice, etc.). We recommend buying an insurance policy with the company of your choice, covering the cancellation costs in all cases.
  • In the event that, during the tour, a customer has to cancel their tour for reasons of force majeure, they will be entitled to a refund proportionally to the paid amount / time not used. The processing fees and expenses incurred will be charged in all cases. In order to calculate this amount, only the services provided by Tripcultr and its associates will be taken into account.

CHANGES 

Changes made to a confirmed booking prior to the start of a trip are subject to a penalty equivalent to the processing fees that are listed in the cancellation section.

NON-ADMITTANCE OF PASSENGERS 

Tripcultr reserves the right to suspend any tour for passengers whose physical and/or mental conditions make their participation in it very difficult or dangerous to themselves or others.

Tripcultr likewise reserves the right to exclude passengers who significantly disrupt the smooth-running of the trip.

Tripcultr cannot assume any responsibility in relation to the difficulty or impossibility that the said passenger may encounter in undertaking the activities planned for the tour package, nor can Tripcultr assume any responsibility for providing assistance for their continuation of the trip.

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES 

This tour is a guaranteed departure, although in extremely limited cases, it could transpire that Tripcultr is unable to operate a given departure. In these cases Tripcultr will provide the same trip on an earlier or later date than the one chosen or another trip with similar features vis-à-vis duration and route, and offer, by way of compensation, a reduction of 50% on the value of the aforementioned journey. Cancellations of guaranteed departures may arise (without compensation or liability on behalf of Tripcultr) in cases of exceptional unforeseen circumstances - among others - wartime conflicts, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics and economic circumstances that generate a very significant drop in the expected sales.

EMERGENCY TELEPHONE 

In the event that an emergency arises during the tour, the passenger should inform as soon as possible the accompanying tour guide. Furthermore, Tripcultr provides a 24 hour emergency telephone service according to the destination country for urgent and important matters, which passengers can use, and details can be found on their voucher. Non urgent matters will not be dealt with on these calls, and nor will they respond to questions that do not relate to emergencies enroute (reservations, rates, questions about availability, etc.).

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

Tripcultr advises all its clients to take out additional insurance with additional cover than the one included in our selected tours.

COMPLAINTS 

In the event of any breach of the contracted services, Tripcultr requests all clients’ to mail us on support@tripcultr.com.

Tripcultr guarantees that it will respond to all written complaints that are received within 40 days following the date that the trip is completed. Tripcultr will not deal with complaints that are received after the specified date, given the difficulty of making appropriate inquiries after a long period of time has elapsed.

REFUND:

The Company reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the Cancellation Policies of suppliers like hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, etc. and the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final. Even for payments made in foreign currency with or without part payment in Indian rupees, the said refund shall be made only in Indian Rupees at the prevailing buying rate of exchange on the date of refund as per existing Rules & Regulations without interest.

Refunds (if any) for amendments and / or cancellations will be made directly to Clients by the Company after deducting applicable GST. In case of refund in foreign currency component, the said refund shall be made in INR only at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund as per existing statutes, rules and regulations. It would take at least 60 days depending upon the refund policy of suppliers to process such refunds.

In case of the Company exercising its discretionary rights to alter, amend or cancel any Tour or tour advertised, the Client who has booked for such Tour can exercise the option:

  • To continue with the Tour as altered or amended; or
  • To accept any alternative Tour, which the Company may offer; or
  • To unconditionally accept the return of the tour cost charges (after deduction of the actual expenses incurred by us on your booking like visa, insurance premium, ticket voiding charges, POE charges and other overheads as applicable from case to case) in full and final settlement and the Company shall not be liable / responsible to pay the Client, compensation, consequential loss, damages, additional expenses or interest charges over and above as is computed by the Company as per these Terms & Conditions. The Client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services.

As a consequence of the above rule, please note that no refund will be admissible in the following cases (amongst others)


(i) If you fail to join the tour or decide to leave the tour for any reasons whatsoever.

(ii) If you fail to or are unable to utilize any of the services on the tour due to any reason whatsoever.

(iii) If you terminate your participation in the tour due to any reason.

(iv) In the case of multi-country package tour wherein there may be requirement for Visa of multiple jurisdictions, there will be no refund if Visa is rejected or delayed.
